UAE Sports Hotel Brand Is Considering Regional Growth

In an effort to meet the region's rising demand for sports tourism and active lifestyles, a well-known sports hotel brand with headquarters in the United Arab Emirates has revealed bold ambitions to increase its footprint throughout the Middle East. Executives presented their future vision at a press conference in Dubai, where the news was made. According to its CEO, a sports hotel brand created in the United Arab Emirates plans to grow throughout the Gulf.

The 192-bed Emirates Sports Hotel and Apartments in Dubai was built especially to meet the demands of athletes and sportsmen. Modern sporting facilities and opulent lodgings are combined by this company, which is renowned for its creative approach to hospitality. Professional sportsmen and fitness aficionados are drawn to each property's amenities, which include Olympic-sized swimming pools, top-notch tennis courts, and fully furnished fitness centers.

A project that has been planned since before the hotel opened, the company also intends to create the first professional ice rink in the area in April of next year. The 16 companies that make up the family-run Emirates Sports Group include a real estate brokerage and a facilities management division. It began as a corporation that organized sporting events, but problems finding lodging for attendees prompted the idea to open a hotel. According to Burdun, who is originally from Serbia, they spoke with a number of hotel owners but were unable to locate any that would allow them to accommodate sports teams.

A ten-year plan to grow the sports industry in the emirate and boost its annual contribution to the city's GDP from two to four percent was adopted by the Dubai Sports Council in February of last year.  According to the strategy, 1,000 international training camps and 3,000 local, regional, and global events would be held. The brand is still dedicated to sustainability and innovation as it gets ready for its regional expansion. To make sure that expansion is in line with environmental objectives, plans call for implementing eco-friendly procedures including reducing waste and utilizing renewable energy sources.
